HOW OUR MASTERING SERVICE WORKS
- Clear all plugins (compression, equalisation, limiting, etc.) from your master bus.
- Maintain minimum 6dBs of headroom; adjust master fader if required.
- Export mix as a .WAV or .AIF file, matching session’s sample and bit rate.
- Place order, upload file(s) via your Doctor Mix account.
- Receive mastered file within 7 business days; 2-day Rush Service available.
- For sound adjustments, log into your account and submit a List Of Tweaks

HOW TO PLACE A MASTERING ORDER
- Choose the ‘Mastering Only’ service.
- Enter the song name and artist.
- Specify whether you need Stereo or Stem Mastering, and indicate your track’s length.
- Select any additional options you desire. Our Valve Master and Tape Master are popular choice among our clients.
- If you have multiple songs, click on ‘ADD ANOTHER SONG’ and repeat the process for each one.
- For CD printing, select ‘CD MASTER’ under the ‘ORDER OPTIONS’ section.
- Proceed to ‘Review & Checkout’ where you can securely pay via Credit Card or PayPal.”
