What is your policy on revisions?

With our 'Mastering Only' and 'Mix & Mastering' services, you always get two revisions included in the price. For the 'Remix & Production' service, we include one arrangement revision and two mix revisions. Additionally, you have the option to purchase 'Unlimited Revisions', which gives you access to unlimited revisions for 30 days from the date the first version is delivered.

How long does it take to deliver?

Depending on the service you choose, the delivery time varies. For 'Mastering Only', we have a standard turnaround of 7 business days, or you can opt for our 2-day Rush Service. 'Mix & Mastering' service is typically delivered within a 15 business day turnaround, with a 2-day Rush Service available. For 'Remix & Production', the standard delivery is within 15 business days, or there's a 5-day Rush Service if you need it faster.

What format should I use to send my tracks?

For optimal results, we recommend you send us your tracks as lossless audio files, such as WAV or AIFF formats. Each track should be clearly labelled, and it's best to avoid applying effects or compression, unless they form a crucial part of the sound. Tracks should be exported at the same sample rate and bit depth at which you originally recorded them. The industry standard is typically 24 bit and 44.1 kHz. These specifications are required for Apple Digital Masters.

How does the online mixing and mastering process work?

After you have placed the order, you'll need to upload your tracks to us. We'll then apply our expertise, using both state-of-the-art and vintage equipment to mix and master your track to perfection. Once we're done, we'll send you the final product digitally.
