Due to the personalised nature of our services:

• Once work has commenced, services are non-refundable.
• Custom and bespoke services are excluded from the 30-day money-back guarantee.
• If you need to make changes, revision rights are governed by your selected service package.

If we are unable to deliver the service due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a refund for any services paid for but not provided.
